The people behind it all

Pro Site Designs is a founder-led studio. No account managers, no handoffs to a junior you never met — the person who scopes your project is the person accountable for it.

Miki Sharkovski

Founder & Lead Strategist

Highly aspirational yet perfectly grounded, Miki is the constant that keeps every project moving. Driven by purpose rather than volume, he built Pro Site Designs around a single conviction: a website should earn its place in a business, not just decorate it.

It was built with patience, sacrifice, and a willingness to wait for the reward — a foundation strong enough to solve a real problem for clients, and to build a way forward where there wasn't one.

What we stand on

Principles, not platitudes

01

Honest scoping

If a rebuild won't make you more than it costs, we say so. Talking a client out of the wrong project has kept more relationships than it ever lost.

02

Yours to keep

The code, the content and the domain are yours from day one. We host the site on our own managed plan rather than an account in your name, but nothing is locked in — ask and you get a full export and help moving it. You can walk at any point without losing a thing, and knowing that is what keeps us worth staying with.

03

Substance over shine

Beautiful is the baseline, not the goal. Every design decision has to survive one question: does this help someone decide to buy?

Working together

We take this seriously

A website is rarely a small purchase for the business buying it. That's the part a lot of studios forget, and it's the part we build everything else around.

Most of what we do is not design or code — it's making sure you always know where your project stands. You hear from a person who knows your business, not an account manager reading notes. Questions get answered, decisions get explained, and nothing important happens to your site without you knowing why.

We only promise what we know we can deliver. If a deadline is tight, we say so before you're committed rather than after. If something we suggested turns out to be the wrong call, you'll hear that from us first. We would rather quote a smaller scope and beat it than win the work on a number nobody can hit.

What you're paying for is the outcome, not the hours — a site that earns back more than it cost. That's the measure we hold the work to, and it's why we'd rather talk you out of the wrong project than take the invoice and hope for the best.

It also means we're honest about fit. Before we quote, we work out whether we can genuinely help you — and if we can't, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. Nobody wins from a project that was never the right one, least of all you.

Our guarantee

You are satisfied, or we keep going until you are

If you're not happy with the final result we present, we revise it as many times as it takes until you are — that's the satisfaction guarantee, in writing, on every project. We expect those revisions to be about the smallest details, because we make sure we can meet your expectations before we ever agree to the work. See the FAQ.

How it started

Built the long way round

It started with a problem that kept turning up. Businesses were paying real money for websites that looked finished and did nothing — templates sold as strategy, page builders sold as craft, and nobody accountable once the invoice cleared.

Pro Site Designs was built as the answer to that, and it was built the slow way: self-funded, one project at a time, with the standard set before there was a client list to protect. Nothing here was inherited or bought off a shelf. Every part of how we work was made, kept when it earned its place, and thrown out when it didn't.

That hasn't changed. The studio stays small on purpose — not because growth isn't the goal, but because the moment a project becomes somebody else's problem to hand off, the detail leaves with it.

The standard

Excellence lives
in the details

Anyone can deliver the brief. What separates work that lasts is everything nobody thinks to ask for — the spacing you can't name, the half-second you never wait for, the state on the one page nobody visits. We treat that as the work, not the polish on top of it.

The small things

Spacing, rhythm, timing curves, the beat before a menu opens. The details you never consciously notice are the reason the whole thing feels expensive.

Custom, never assembled

No page builders, no bought themes, no bloat dragged along for the ride. Every build is made for your business and nothing else — which is why it stays fast and stays yours to change.

Speed as a feature

Load time, Core Web Vitals and mobile performance are measured and tuned before launch — not diagnosed six months later when someone asks why the site feels slow.

Usable by everyone

Keyboard navigation, readable contrast, and layouts checked on real phones rather than a resized browser window. A visitor who can't use it can't buy from it.

Momentum, not months

Timelines are quoted honestly and then met. Work moves in visible stages, so you're never sitting in silence wondering whether anything is happening.

Invested past the invoice

We care what the site does after launch — whether the numbers moved, whether what we built is still the right thing. Handover is a milestone, not an exit.
