Privacy Policy

Who we are

Pro Site Designs LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and provides web
design, development and related marketing services. For questions about this
policy or your data, contact us at
[email protected].

Registered address: 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, Casper, Wyoming 82609, United States.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:

  • Information you give us — your name, email address, company, website URL and anything you write in a contact or website-review form.
  • Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected automatically by our hosting and analytics.
  • Preferences — a small amount of data stored in your browser, such as your light or dark theme choice.

The tools that can collect this are Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook)
advertising pixel, and a WhatsApp button that only contacts WhatsApp if you click
it. The first two do nothing at all unless you allow them — see
Cookies and local storage below.

Why we use it

  • To reply to enquiries and deliver the services you asked for.
  • To prepare quotes, proposals and free website reviews.
  • To maintain the security, performance and availability of the site.
  • To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Where the law requires a lawful basis for processing, we rely on your consent,
the performance of a contract with you, or our legitimate interest in operating
and improving our business.

Cookies and local storage

We group everything this site stores on your device into three categories. You
control the last two, and you can change your mind at any time using the

link in the footer.

Strictly necessary

Session handling, security, load balancing, your theme preference and a record of
the cookie choice itself. These cannot be switched off, because without them the
site does not work. Your theme preference lives in your browser’s local storage,
stays on your device and is never transmitted to us. Your cookie choice is stored
in a first-party cookie named psd_consent for 180 days.

Analytics

Google Analytics, used to see which pages people read and where they give up. We
look at this in aggregate; we are not tracking you as an individual. Nothing is
loaded until you allow it.

Marketing

Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, used to measure whether our advertising
works and to show relevant ads elsewhere. Nothing is loaded until you allow it.

Analytics and marketing stay switched off until you turn them on. That applies
wherever you are, not only in the EU — we did not want the banner saying one thing
while the tags did another. You can change your mind at any time through cookie
settings, or switch marketing off in one click with the

link in the footer.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who
help us operate — for example hosting, email delivery and form handling — and
only to the extent they need it to perform that service. We may also disclose
information where we are legally required to.

The service providers we currently rely on are:

  • Hostinger International — website hosting, backups and outgoing email delivery.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and protection against malicious traffic.
  • Google — Google Analytics and Search Console, and Google Ads where we advertise. Only with your consent.
  • Meta Platforms — advertising measurement while a campaign is running. Only with your consent.
  • Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email newsletters, if you subscribe to one.
  • Trustpilot — collecting and displaying customer reviews.

Enquiries submitted through our forms are stored on our own hosting rather than
with a third-party form service.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is doing a job:

  • Enquiries and website-review requests — 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
  • Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe, plus 12 months so we can prove the unsubscribe was honoured.
  • Client project records, contracts and invoices — the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, to meet US tax and accounting requirements.
  • Analytics data — no more than 14 months, after which Google Analytics deletes it automatically.
  • Server and security logs — 30 days.
  • Your cookie choice — 180 days, after which we ask again.

If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, except where we are legally
required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete
or export your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to
withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email
[email protected] and
we will respond within the period required by law.

If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have handled your data improperly, you
may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

US state privacy rights

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with a
comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we
hold about you, to have it deleted, to correct it, to receive a portable copy, and
to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies can, however,
count as “sharing” under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, so we give you a direct
control: use the

link in the footer, or email
[email protected]. We will
not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights, and we honour the
Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one.

Security

We use encrypted connections and take reasonable technical and organisational
measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is
completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party links

Our site links to external websites we do not control. This policy does not
apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal
data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information,
contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect
when posted here, and we will update the “last updated” date above.
