1. Payment Terms 
   The full amount of $2,677 plus applicable taxes must be paid upfront. Work on the project will begin only after the payment has been successfully received.
2. Delivery Timeline
   Pro Site Designs will deliver all items included in the offer within 14 calendar days from the purchase date. If additional time is required, the client will be notified with a clear and reasonable explanation and provided with a revised delivery estimate. If the client does not agree with the updated timeline, they are eligible for a full refund.
3. Deliverables
   The offer includes the following products and services:
   • High-Converting Landing Page Design
   • 25 Adjustable Social Media Templates
   • 10 Web Banners or Printable Flyers
   • High-Class Business Card Design
4. Social Media Templates
   The visual examples shown in promotional material include fully designed sample posts to demonstrate what is possible with the provided templates. The actual product includes editable Canva templates with your branding, designed to be customized with your own content. A tutorial is included for guidance.
5. Revisions
   Clients are entitled to unlimited revisions until they are fully satisfied with the final deliverables. However, revisions are not bound by the initial 30-day delivery period and may require additional time based on complexity and availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
   The company keeps the right to terminate the contract at any given moment, and in such a case, is required to refund the full amount to the client while withholding the rights to the designs, and the designs can not be used by the client for any purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
   Pro Site Designs is committed to delivering all services professionally and as agreed. We are not liable for any issues or outcomes that arise beyond our control. Should any fault be found on our end, liability will be limited to the total amount paid for the Special Offer Pack.
8. Hosting & Domain
   This offer does not include hosting or domain registration for the landing page. Clients are responsible for either providing access to their existing WordPress Dashboard or requesting our assistance with hosting and domain setup, which will incur an additional fee.
9. Ownership & Rights
   Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to use the final, approved designs for their business purposes. Pro Site Designs retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unapproved drafts, mockups, and concepts remain the intellectual property of Pro Site Designs.
10. Usage & Resale Policy
    The products and services provided under this offer are intended solely for the original purchaser and their business. The client may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the delivered work to another individual or business without prior written consent from Pro Site Designs.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.
    
    

Final Clause – Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. For your records and protection, we strongly recommend that you save or print a copy of the Terms of Service as they appear at the time of your purchase.

Please note that any attempt to alter, falsify, or misrepresent the Terms of Service will not be recognized. We maintain a secure, time-stamped version history of every update made to these Terms, including the date, time, and version number of each change.

The version of the Terms of Service in effect at the time of your purchase will be considered the binding agreement for that transaction, unless changes are required by law.
